1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SleekLearn, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Our service

SleekLearn provides online tutoring and learning support across supported regions. Regional availability, subjects, curricula, exams, languages, pricing, currencies, and tutors may vary by tenant or region. Lessons may include video, messaging, collaborative whiteboard, learning materials, scheduling, billing, and related platform tools.

SleekLearn does not guarantee any specific academic result, exam score, admission outcome, or educational placement. Tutors provide learning support based on the information available to them.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. Parents or guardians are responsible for student accounts and lesson participation by minors. Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of profile information, credentials, availability, and materials they provide.

You may not use SleekLearnfor unlawful purposes, impersonate another person, interfere with platform security, or attempt to access another user's account or data.

4. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Payments are processed online through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Pricing, currency, packages, credits, taxes, and subscription options may vary by region. You authorize SleekLearn and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for purchases you make.

Refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, unused lesson credits, and platform or tutor cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Tutor and student conduct

Users must treat each other respectfully and may not harass, threaten, discriminate, share inappropriate content, record lessons without permission, or use SleekLearn to exchange payment or contact arrangements outside the platform where prohibited by our policies.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created safety concerns, failed payment obligations, or misused the platform.

6. Content and intellectual property

SleekLearn, its software, branding, design, and platform content are owned by Simon Learning Hub LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform except as allowed by law.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile details, messages, uploaded materials, or lesson information. You grant SleekLearn a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

7. Third-party services

SleekLearn may rely on third-party providers for payments, authentication, hosting, communications, video, whiteboard, storage, analytics, and other platform functions. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SleekLearnis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simon Learning Hub LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of SleekLearn.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Some users may have mandatory consumer rights in their own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
